How it Works

Lifestyle REDO is a 8-weeks online lifestyle medicine program that is accessible to basic gadgets such as smart phone, tablet and laptop. It is composed of a daily program customized to address your struggles with chronic disease. 


We are using the upstream method where the "cause" of  the "cause" is determined to address the underlying etiology of your health condition. 


Initial laboratory work-up is very helpful as you start the program. Basic blood works and lifestyle assessment are initiated before you start with the program.


You will be receiving lectures and demonstrations through webinars that you can watch at your own convenience. There will be periodic assessment and progress monitoring.

You will have an online appointment with a Lifestyle Medicine Coach and Lifestyle Medicine Physician who will lead you as you go through the program.

At the end of the program, another blood works and lifestyle assessment may be required to document your progress and monitor your condition.


You will be enrolled in a support group where you can explore and learn more strategies and get inspiration as you sustain your journey towards achieving optimal health and longevity.


It would also be very helpful if you could learn the basic plant-based cooking skills prior to this 8-weeks program as it will prepare you even better.


You may also ask someone from your family to do the cooking class if you're not the one preparing the food in the house, but learning it personally is a plus factor!
